Today was weigh in and measure day... Great results!! I'll post them all tomorrow!

Dinner. Mushroom, spinach, beans, carrots, cauliflower and red kidney beans with red curry paste... one of the yummiest meals so far, and literally took about 10 mins!

Lunch. Zucchini, bean sprouts, Celery and steak stir fry with Teriyaki sauce.

Chicken, carrot, cucumber and capsicum salad.

Breakfast. Omelette with Capsicum and spinach
