Dinner. Left overs from last night, chilli con Everything in the cupboard

Lunch. Bean Salad with Tuna. So fresh and crunchy!

Breakfast. Lentils, spinach and Capsicum scramble..... I've never eaten SO many eggs in my life! I'm not over them yet, and I'm hoping I don't get over them. The only problem with this diet is there isn't really many options for breakfast.
