mmmmm, snack after dinner :-)

Dinner. Chicken, cannellini Beans, Zucchine, Spinach, lots of spices and topped with Cottage cheese. Absolutely delicious!

hehehe, I like peas! Veggie and bean stir fry with thai red curry paste.

Breakfast. Mixing it a bit, well attempting to anyway. Fried eggs with Lentils and Spinach, topped off with cottage cheese.
