hahaha, whoops, I went to a lovely friends house.... soooo tasty, she's a fantastic cook and fantastic company!

Meals

I don't have enough spare time to write recipes of every meals, and most of the time I don't measure anything anyway. I just add amounts that I think are about right. I also just want to keep it simple and easy, if I make it too complicated then I probably won't keep it up, so a lot of the time I will eat the same or similar meals. Here's a few things I do most days.

Breakfast.

About a Tablespoon of Lentils

A handfull of Spinach

Two eggs (only One Yolk)

A shake of Soy Sauce

About a Tablespoon of either Salsa or Cottage Cheese.

Lunch.

If it's a salad.

I'll add any salady things in the fridge (any amounts)

Maybe a can of plain drained Tuna

A splash of Lemon Juice

A little pour of Olive Oil

If it's a curry.

I use a bit of Onion

A curry paste (either Red, Yellow or Green), maybe Two Tablespoons

Some Beans or Lentils (or both)

Sometimes I'll add a can of Coconut Milk

As many Veggies as I can

Dinner.

Dinners are really similar to the Lunches. If I do use a recipe I'll try to remember to add it.

Cheat days.

Anything goes!
