Sunday 5th Feb

ooops. I forgot that I had some blue cheese I was saving for my cheat day! I decided to eat it anyway... with a glass of wine and some 'Jersey Shore'.

Dinner. Salad with Chicken cooked in Oyster sauce.

Lunch. Cilli con carne with cottage cheese.


Breakfast. I had a shake this morning, I really didn't feel like eggs.
