Friday

Exercise. Body pump and Pilates classes.

I'm amazed at how much people are enjoying this Blog. Thank you to everyone for all of your encouragement and comments. I've had a few requests to write down recipes but we mostly don't use "real recipes". Most of the time I look at the list of things we can eat, then look in the cupboard, then just add amounts that I think are about right. If I make something, and it's a bit bland, I will add more Spices, more Soy Sauce or more Lemon Juice. If there is any meal that someone is really keen on making, just let me know and I'll try to remember how I made it :-) Thanks again.

Dinner. My husbands cooked tonight. So delicious! Chilli con carne.


Lunch. A "piss weak burger". Lettuce, mince, egg, cottage cheese, capsicum, cucumber and Salsa. All captured as it was falling!



Breakfast. Lentils, spinach and Salsa scramble.
