Cheat Day!

The only "proper meal" I had today was breakfast, I managed to snack most of the day which meant I didn't eat far too much like last week. I still ate lots of yummy things, but didn't feel as sick as last Saturday. I also had a few cheaty things during the week so I didn't feel like going too nuts.


Homemade potato chips.

Wines with a lovely friend.

An old favourite, Vegemite and butter on salada's.

Lamb Chop. I only ate about 1/4 of this, it wasn't very nice, I'm not a big fan of chops.

Cornflakes with milk.



Muesli bar

Breakfast. Scrambled eggs with a piece of toast.
